Raspberry Chocolate Kiss Martini

Valentine’s Day is coming up and what better way to celebrate than drink lots of alcohol, especially if you’re single! Lol, I’m not a fan of sweet drinks but I love the combination of flavors in this martini. It’s a fun and cute drink to make your partner or friends on Valentine’s Day! Plus it makes for a great dessert drink 🙂

  • 1/4 cup Mint-Infused Simple Syrup, which you can make by combining one cup sugar, one cup water, and a bunch of fresh mint on the stove until it is a syrup consistency, strain mint from syrup
  • 3 chocolate cookies, finely crushed, such as Nabisco Famous Wafers
  • 10 raspberries
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry juice
  • Ice cubes

  1. Fill a shallow dish with enough simple syrup to just cover the bottom.

  2. Place crushed cookies into another shallow dish.

  3. Invert a martini glass into simple syrup and then immediately into crushed cookies to coat the rim of the glass.

  4. Place raspberries in a cocktail shaker; crush with a muddler.

  5. Add simple syrup and muddle again.

  6. Add vodka and cranberry juice; fill shaker with ice.

  7. Shake well until chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass. Serve immediately.

Yield: 1 cocktail
